Class XII students who would like to seek admission to the above programmes may apply to the University Registrar, Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimphu as detailed hereunder: 

1. Students who have passed Class XII before 2016 are required to submit the following documents latest by 10 May 2017 to be eligible to apply online: 
   1.1 Citizenship Identity Card 
   1.2 Class 10 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate 
   1.3 Class 12 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
2. Students who have passed Class XII in 2016 need not submit the above documents.
3. The online application will open on 12 May and will close on 18 May 2017.
4. The Aptitude Test for Bachelor of Architecture will be held on Saturday, 20 May 2017 at Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimphu.
5. Candidates appearing for Aptitude Test of Bachelor of Architecture must bring the following to the Test Centre during the Examination: 
   5.1 Three to four sharpened soft-lead pencils and an eraser. 
   5.2 Set of good colour pencils or water colours, or both with appropriate colouring tools like brushes, palette and water for mixing colours. 
   5.3 Instrument box and blue ink pen / ball point pen.
6. The Physical Proficiency Test for Diploma in Physical Education and Sports Coaching will be held on Sunday, 21 May 2017 at Paro College of Education.
7. Candidates have to produce BHSEC Examination Admit Card or the equivalent Board Examination Admit Card during the Aptitude Test for Bachelor of Architecture and Physical Proficiency Test for Diploma in Physical Education and Sports Coaching.
8. The following students are not eligible to apply: 
   8.1 Students who have already been selected into various programmes of the Royal University of Bhutan for the academic session 2017 
   8.2 Students who have discontinued studies at the Colleges of RUB for reasons within their control except under medical ground 
   8.3 Students who have been convicted of criminal offence 
   8.4 Students who have confirmed the admission into the programmes offered by RUB/college but has dishonoured the admission 
   8.5 Student who were terminated by the Colleges for violation of RUB rules and regulations 
   8.6 Students who have been selected for another scholarship
