- Work closely with the Production & Marketing teams in delivering high quality events.
- Copywriting - write strategic copy for e-shots, press releases, brochures, adverts and website content and proof all marketing materials in conjunction with Conference Producers.
- Identify appropriate media partners, associations and business groups and negotiate contra deals to maximize event exposure.
- Liaising with speakers throughout the conference production cycle.
- Proactively being part of the Conference management onsite team.
- Develop strong connections with government officials and departments.
- Assist in obtaining government endorsements.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communications.
- Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
- Resourcefulness in solving problems.
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, PR, Journalism or a related field is required.
