Job Summary

Our Client based in UAE a Technology Development Fund (Ideavelopers), International Bank and recently joined International Finance Cooperation (IFC) is looking for Retail Store Manager to join immediatly.


Job Duties:
 

• Completes store operational requirements
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints

Requirements:
 

• Previous experience in Banking Services /retail is a must.
• Bachelor degree is a must.
